The location and the interior of the hotel are stunning , detailed and perfectly in shape. It’s like you’re staying in the palace back in time. Breakfast very detailed and in a nice location. Room service very personal and attentive. All personal from reception, breakfast, restaurant, doorman and room maid so friendly and attentive to our needs.

The location was perfect and the staff was helpful and charming. They really want you to have a wonderful visit. They accommodated our changes in plans more than we deserved. Our room was large and very comfortable. Frankly, it was far better than the photo. While the style of the furnishings was traditional, every thing was very clean and new (or impeccably maintained). Re breakfast, there is an enormous buffet that included salads, deli selections and savory options as well as all the sweet breads, fruit, etc. The staff is will also make your coffee or eggs or other food any way you like it.

The stay was amazing, breakfast was delicious and the hospitality is on the top level. Reception and cleaning crew are real sweethearts, they helped me with tickets and reservations. Great team! I really enjoy my stay! Definitely I will be back.

The staff went above and beyond to help me. I travel a great deal and have never been treated better than by everyone at this hotel. If I ever travel to Krakow again, this is where I will stay.

The Hotel Reception staff - Slyvie and Kamila in particular - could not have done more for us. They were so helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, and is in an excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the main Market Square in the Old Town of Krakow. My special request for an extra large double bed in a quiet room was met and our room, with ensuite, was a generous size and fully equipped. The buffet breakfast is plentiful. I would not hesitate to stay in this beautiful hotel again.

The location is brilliant- walking distance from the train station, and a short stroll into the market square. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Quiet location and lovely staff.

Beautiful Hotel in an amazingly central location, great helpful kind and nice staff along with very nice room and facilities. I love the sauna area in particular!

Cannot say anything bad about the hotel, absolutely fabulous. Reception staff were exceptional.. Would advise anyone looking to stay in Krakow, to select the Grand hotel.

The staff in the grand hotel were all super friendly and helpful with any questions we had about the hotel or the city. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.
